Dance Programs
Classic Ballroom Dance Studio offers a full range of social dances
allowing students to select the type of dancing that meets their individual
needs. Our curriculum has been developed and designed in concurrence with
national DanceVision standards.

Social
Foundation

The Social Foundation
Program develops the most important dances you can use immediately at a basic
level. Emphasis is placed on three important elements of dance: foot positions,
timing, and lead-and-follow...while learning enough steps to keep things
fun! |

Bronze
Awards |
Classic Ballroom Dance
Studio uses the "medal" system to teach graduated degrees of difficulty,
complexity, sophistication, and styling. The Bronze Awards Program will give
the dancer free movement around the dance floor while expanding your variety,
technique, and footwork. |

Silver
and Gold
Awards

Our Silver and Gold
Awards Programs are standards to make dancers stand out in a crowd. These
levels of dancing are designed to be stylish, flashy, and incredibly beautiful
on the dance floor. These levels are for the serious hobbyist who wants more
out of their dancing. |

Graduation |
Twice a year, Classic
Ballroom hosts an elegant celebration of our students' accomplishments. This
event gives recognition to students who have achieved a certain level of
proficiency in their dance. Graduates are invited to exhibit their mastered
material. This is also an opportunity for students to perform spotlights -
short, choreographed routines. Upcoming

Showcase |
These spectacular
evenings, held twice a year, offer an opportunity for students to perform
choreographed routines representing hours of intense effort and focus. Unusual
variations, complex choreography, beautiful costumes, and a festive atmosphere
make showcase an evening not to be missed. Buffet dinner, general dancing, and
awards presentations round out the event.
